Product Description
Wild Kynam Oud Oil is one of the rarest offerings in our collection — a Grade AAA, genuine insect-affected (kynam / kyara-grade) agarwood oil, extracted using CO2 supercritical extraction to preserve the full depth and complexity of the resin without the harsher notes traditional heat distillation can introduce.
It opens with a cool, green sweetness that settles into warm, dark, resinous wood — the profile serious collectors mean when they talk about true kynam character. Pure and unadulterated: no carrier oil, no dilution, no shortcuts.
The Story
This bottle comes from a small, limited selection of oud oils we set aside and aged for over a year before release — not rushed to market, and not part of our general rotation. It was made specifically with collectors in mind, for buyers who care about how a batch was handled, not just where it came from. That extra aging time is part of why this one reads rounder and more resolved than a freshly distilled oud.

Ingredients & Purity
100% pure Wild Kynam oud oil. No alcohol, no synthetic musks or "oud accords," no carrier-oil dilution. Extracted via CO2 supercritical method rather than traditional hydro-distillation, which helps preserve aromatic compounds that heat can break down. Because this is a wild, insect-affected material, supply is extremely limited — each batch reflects the specific tree it came from, so slight variation between batches is normal and expected of a genuine collector-grade oud.
Note: Chinese kynam has a different character than Indonesian, Indian, or Cambodian oud — often more floral, leathery, and incense-like rather than heavy and animalic. If this is your first Chinese oud, expect something distinct from our Kalimantan or Sumatra oils.

- Store away from heat and direct sunlight.
