Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–4 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Collector-grade and specimen items (such as King Grade pieces) may take slightly longer to process, since each piece is individually verified and carefully packaged before it ships.

Delivery estimates begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order, and do not include our 1–2 day processing time.

International Shipping

We ship internationally to select countries. Shipping costs and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

Customs, duties, and taxes. International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping cost or product price. We aren't able to predict what these charges will be — please check with your local customs office if you want an estimate before ordering.

⚠️ Important: agarwood import restrictions. Agarwood (oud) is derived from Aquilaria species, which are listed under CITES (the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species) Appendix II. This means some countries require import permits, restrict quantities, or prohibit agarwood products entirely, regardless of how the material was sourced. Before ordering for international delivery, please check your country's import rules for agarwood/oud products. We are not responsible for shipments seized, delayed, or returned by customs due to destination-country restrictions on agarwood, and refunds in that situation are handled case-by-case, not automatically guaranteed. Order Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days of your confirmation email, contact us at support@noblearoma.com.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your package is lost in transit, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, contact us at support@noblearoma.com with your order number. Damaged shipments are covered under our [Refund & Return Policy] — we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We aren't able to redirect a package once it has shipped, and we aren't responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately after ordering and we'll do our best to correct it before the order ships.
