1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using noblearoma.com (the "Site") or purchasing any product from Noble Aroma ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site or make a purchase.

2. Who Can Use This Site

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order. By using the Site, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Our Products

Noble Aroma sells natural agarwood (oud) products, including oud oils, chips, bakhoor, perfume oils, accessories, and individually graded collector specimens.

Natural product variation. Agarwood is a natural material. Because of this, color, texture, weight, and exact aroma may vary slightly from piece to piece and from the photos shown, even within the same listed grade. This natural variation is expected and is not a defect.

Grading and authenticity. We stand behind the accuracy of our product descriptions, grading terms, and sourcing claims. See our Authenticity Guarantee in our [Refund & Return Policy] for details on what happens if an item doesn't match what we told you.

Not for ingestion. Our oils, chips, and bakhoor are intended for aromatic and topical use as described on each listing. They are not intended for ingestion, and are not evaluated or approved as drugs, cosmetics, or dietary supplements by the FDA or any equivalent body. Consult a physician before use if you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition, or have known sensitivities to essential oils or botanical materials.

4. Pricing and Availability

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to display accurate pricing and inventory, but errors can occur. If we discover a pricing or listing error after you've placed an order, we will contact you before charging you and give you the option to cancel or proceed at the corrected price.

Collector-grade and specimen items (such as King Grade pieces) are individually priced based on weight and grade, and inventory is limited to what we have in hand — these items are not restocked on a predictable schedule.

5. Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you're making an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline (for example, in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or insufficient stock). Payment is processed at the time of order through our third-party payment processor. We do not store your full payment card information.

6. Shipping

Shipping times and costs are provided at checkout and are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other events outside our control. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.

7. Returns and Refunds

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, product descriptions, photos, videos, graphics, logos, and the Noble Aroma name and branding — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. 12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Noble Aroma will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of our products. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be waived by agreement.
