Why This Pairing

The electric burner gives you even, controlled heat without charcoal, ash, or open flame, just set the temperature and go. AB grade chips are the easiest entry point into raw agarwood: real resin, real aroma, without the price of higher grades. Together it's the simplest, most repeatable way to burn oud at home.

The Story

The burner is precision-built from sapele wood and quartz glass with an alumina ceramic plate, letting you dial in the exact temperature for whatever you're burning. The chips are hand-sorted Kalimantan agarwood, the same wood behind several of our raw chip listings.

How to Use

Place the mica disk on the burner's heating plate, then set a stainless steel pan on top. Plug in the burner and set it to 150-200C to start. Place 1-2 chips directly in the pan, no charcoal needed. Increase temperature gradually to find the intensity you prefer, using the included tongs to reposition material safely. Store unused chips in a cool, dry, airtight container away from sunlight.
